A Review of Bodyguardz – The Ultimate Gadget Protector?

Friday, 18 March 2011

We all have a phone, iPod, iPad, MP3 player or other gadget or device that we wanted to keep the "scrape and scratch free ."

and for many of us, we would appreciate that protection without having to settle for bulky, pocket-stuffing, changing the look of the case or cover that is turning our stylish device into something else entirely.

BodyGuardz thought to have a product that can handle the task.

But they really? I, for one, think that.

I spent a good amount of time researching the different options for my phone (Motorola Droid) and arrived at the BodyGuardz.

Why?

For one thing, the quality of the film. I heard the cut is better than the other options (this applies to almost everything). It is also virtually indestructible film. And ultra-thin. And a lifetime warranty.

Secondly, people complain that some competing products to turn yellowish and a little uneven, a phenomenon called "orange peel effect". I have not personally seen (I've seen pictures), but BodyGuardz do not do it. Film UV resistance prevents yellow and smooth, not bumpy.

I also like the fact that they come.

whole experience

After the release of BodyGuardz on my phone I can confirm that this is as about as thin and timid as I could imagine. I have shown that more than a few people who thought there is nothing on the phone at all.

"What should I be looking at, " they ask. I smile.

"What should I be looking at, " they ask. I smile.

...

I showed my 12 year old niece, who responded: "Oh, now I see it! But it's not on the side." "Yes it is ... look again," I replied. "Oh ... cool, " she returned.
I am able to use your phone as usual (except that I now get to put it in the same pocket as my keys, I used to be adamant about not working ).

Bottom line, if you like the look of the device and do not want a bulky case, BodyGuardz protector is the perfect gadget.

BodyGuardz INSTALLATION

apply BodyGuardz easy as snapping the hard case? However, it is not. But it's not a big deal either. process is a bit slow (Droid, especially a lot of edges) ... but it's pretty easy anyway.

Here's what you do.

First, spray hand soap and water solution ... and BodyGuardz are a piece of the application. carefully place the film on the Droid. Use the squeegee to remove excess solution or bubbles (if any) Repeat

That's it.

NOTE: In July 2010, BodyGuardz comes out with a product that does not use the liquid applicator. So, if it concerns you, it may no longer be a problem.

In any case, if you do not put a piece right where you wanted it, just move it by pushing it in place. You can also pick up a piece, give it a spray, and put it back down. process is very "forgiving" as the solution makes the film easy to maneuver when it is perfectly located.

Expect the process would take about half an hour (probably less for some non-Droid devices that have less surface area). It May seem like a long time to put on the case, but it's nothing in the grand scheme of things, and well worth it to avoid a bulky case.

Great product !!
